This was Play of the Week, in the Hammersmith, Fulham Gazette, when it was first seen in 1994.  A great feat considering how much theatre is on in London.  This is a Tudor tale of the intrigue that surrounds the court at the death of Henry VIII.  If you love your sixteenth century royals then this winding play set in an a perpetual circle of hell will be just the thing.  The Blessed was also recommissioned by the owners of Sudely Castle, where Catherine Parr, the surviving wife of Henry is buried.

“Munro plays a trump card with this intriguing drama” Hammersmith and Fulham Gazette.
